Chris Deems

Christopher Deems serves as the Library Systems Coordinator at OhioNet since August 2022. Previously, Christopher held the position of Systems and Technology Librarian at Ohio Northern University from June 2018 to August 2022, overseeing the integrated library system for Heterick Memorial Library and Taggart Law Library. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations and project management in the library. Additional positions span from customer service at Walmart to digital archiving at The Ohio State University and administrative support at ITEN Industries. Christopher earned a Master of Science in Information Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern German History from The Ohio State University.
