JD Whitlock

JD Whitlock is currently an advisor at OhioX. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Enterprise Intelligence at Mercy Health, where they led a team including the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Epic Analytics, Population Health BI, and Data Management. They also served as the VP of Research at Evolvent Technologies, where they were a consultant to the Air Force Medical Service Office of the CIO and a program manager for healthcare informatics projects. JD Whitlock has also worked in healthcare informatics for the USAF and as a surface warfare officer for the USN.

JD Whitlock attended the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, where they earned an MPH in Health Policy and Management. JD also holds an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Their undergraduate degree is in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The George Washington University.
