Matthieu Gabler

Matthieu Gabler is a Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Ohly since July 2022, with previous experience as Manager of Mechanical Maintenance and Power Plant at Glatfelter from October 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing electrical current and steam generation, as well as managing internal gas supply and thermal process machines. Prior to Glatfelter, Matthieu served as Manager of Mechanical Maintenance, providing technical and disciplinary leadership to various teams to minimize unplanned downtime while prioritizing safety. Matthieu began a career at Gabler GmbH & Co. KG as a Project Engineer from October 2010 to September 2018, focusing on project management, CAD design, and the global commissioning of custom machines and plants for producing chewing gum and chocolate. Matthieu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in design and development from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Karlsruhe.
