Michael Halbleib

Michael Halbleib is an experienced Plant Supervisor currently at Ohly since October 2015, overseeing all functions related to the supervision of a production crew. Prior to Ohly, Michael served as a Production Supervisor at Gold N Plump Poultry for over 11 years, where significant accomplishments included implementing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices that improved line efficiency and saved substantial costs. Earlier roles include Plant Supervisor at Old Home Foods Inc., where efficiencies were increased and plant shrink reduced, and various Production Supervisor positions at General Mills and Hormel Foods, where Michael demonstrated strong leadership in improving safety and achieving production quotas. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
