The OHM Center is a meditation and wellness center with a physical location on the Upper East Side of NYC. We provide meditation and wisdom training to individuals, groups and corporations wanting to increase creativity and productivity while decreasing stress.  We have classes and individual appointments, including Breathwork, Chanting, Sound Baths, Acupuncture, Massage, Reiki and more! 
We have recently added online courses, including our popular Intro to Meditation Video Series: 5 Simple Steps to Less Stress & More Peace, led by Suzanne. We have also introduced Level 1 Sound Healing Training & Certification and Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certification.
