Peter Chaloux has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare and customer service industries. From 2016 to the present, they have served as the Director of User Experience for OhMD Secure Texting for Doctors and Patients, where they are responsible for ensuring every user and patient interaction is a positive one from product feature development to implementation to support. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at MBA HealthGroup, where they held various roles including Manager of Technical Services, Product Manager for FormMation Data Extraction & Custom Output Engine, Manager of Support/Technical Operations, Support Team Lead, and Implementation Consultant/Account Manager. In 2005, they worked as a Guinness Storehouse Assistant, where they optimized visitor experience to the St. James Gate Brewery through top-end customer service.

Peter Chaloux attended Union College from 2001 to 2002, and then went on to receive a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont from 2002 to 2005.
