Sam Roach-Gerber

Sam Roach-Gerber is a Chief of Staff at OhMD, leveraging extensive experience in entrepreneurship, coaching, and community engagement. They began their career at 14, gaining unique insights through various jobs, which shaped their resilience and problem-solving skills. Sam later deepened their passion for startups while working at Vermont Farm Table and serving as Director of Innovation at the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies, where they coached over 300 entrepreneurs yearly. An adjunct professor at Champlain College and an instructor at Middlebury College, Sam focuses on experiential learning and mentorship in entrepreneurship. Currently, they are also an investment committee member for Red Clover Venture Partners.
