Greg Scallen

Greg Scallen currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Ohmium and the Chief Executive Officer at JAG New Energy, along with holding the role of Chief Restructuring Officer at SunEdison Canada. Scallen has extensive experience at SunEdison, having held various positions including Head of Legal for Global Restructuring and Vice President Legal for Canada. Previous roles include Chief Legal Officer at BW Solar and Co-Founder of Pith and Substance. Scallen's governance experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for TerraForm Power, Inc. and as Board Chair for the Canadian Solar Industries Association. Legal practice began at Ontario Power Generation as a Senior Legal Counsel. Greg Scallen holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toronto.
