Sarah Roth is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent at Ohmium. They previously held critical roles at Veritas Technologies LLC, where they drove strategic HR initiatives affecting over 6,500 employees and cultivated a diverse workplace culture. Prior to this, Sarah contributed to Walt Disney World, managing high-profile luxury projects and enhancing guest services. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and are pursuing a Master of Arts in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
