Lance Woodard

Lance Woodard is an experienced professional in project management and turnaround planning, currently serving as Business Manager at Ohmstede Industrial Services since September 2004. Prior to this role, Lance was a Project Manager at Valero Energy Corporation from March 2007 to March 2011, where full Turnaround Planning and Project Management duties were performed for the Valero - Port Arthur site. Lance's career began at Burk-O Construction from 1991 to 1994 as General Labor, followed by a position at Conex International from October 1997 to September 2004 as Turnaround Planner and Project Controls, progressing from field labor to more specialized roles in planning and cost tracking. Education includes attendance at Lamar University from 1989 to 1992 after graduating with a high school diploma from Diboll High School in 1989.
