Lias Pical

Lias Pical has extensive experience in retail management, beginning at Carrefour as an Operations Supervisor from September 2009 to August 2013. Lias then advanced to Ace Hardware Corporation, serving as Store Manager from October 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to operational standards and achieving store targets. From November 2020 to November 2023, Lias held the position of Outlet Manager at Sinar Group Ketapang, focusing on overall store operations, employee training, and marketing strategies. Following this role, Lias worked as Operations Manager at Landipo Group Kendari from April 2024 to February 2025, further enhancing skills in team oversight and operational efficiency. Currently, Lias is the Store Manager at OH!SOME. Lias holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from STIEM Bongaya, achieved in 2015 with a GPA of 3.64.
