o&i consulting is a niche operations consultancy, specialising in the planning, design, analysis and optimisation of dynamic operating environments that manage the movement of people, baggage and goods.

We provide aviation and logistics clients with data-driven insights; robust process, flow and layout designs; and targeted operations improvement solutions. Our approach to problem solving combines industrial engineering and operational research principles with a deep focus on granular detail and practical impact.

The output of our work delivers measurable value across passenger, baggage, security, goods-in waste-away and logistics environments; enabling clients to improve operational performance and service; reduce costs; integrate change effectively; and design future-ready, efficient new operations and infrastructure.
With decades of experience in the transportation and distribution sectors, we bring real-world expertise to every project, whether enhancing existing infrastructure or shaping new developments.

While aviation and logistics remain central to our work, we are increasingly being approached from outside of our main sectors due to the unique nature of our skill set. Likewise, existing clients and contacts regularly ask us to conduct bespoke projects and studies, confident in our detailed approach and ability to translate our findings into actionable outcomes for their business.
