Alexandre Rangel

Alexandre Rangel is the Director of Operations at Oi S.A, a position held since October 2021. They have extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Oi from 2002 to 2021 in various managerial roles focusing on operations and maintenance across multiple network types. Prior to Oi, Alexandre served as a Senior Engineer at Ericsson from 1993 to 2002, where they managed technical training and led operations for telecommunications networks in South America. Alexandre earned a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações.
