Fernanda Ruzza

Fernanda Ruzza has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Oi S.A from August 2010 to March 2012 as an Analista Comercial, and subsequently at Oi/Telemar from April 2012 to the present as Gerente de Contas Varejo. In the current role, Fernanda is responsible for managing sales across various service portfolios, including mobility, fixed lines, broadband, and Fibra Oi for both individual and business clients, while also cultivating relationships with partner managers to ensure commitment to goals, quality, and training. Prior experience includes serving as an Analista de Treinamento at Brasil Telecom from February 2006 to August 2010. Fernanda holds a degree in Journalism from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná and an MBA in Gestão de Processos from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
