Prior to Oi, Janaina held roles at TIM Brasil as a digital marketing analyst and sales support analyst, and at Atento as a planning analyst, focusing on performance analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting. Furthermore, Janaina began her career at SHV as an administrative assistant, where Janaina managed reports and data consolidation. Janaina holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Plínio Leite.
