Marcelo Rodrigues

Marcelo Rodrigues has over two decades of experience in telecommunications, beginning as an Analista de Suporte at UniverCidade from April 2002 to September 2003, providing IT support to students and staff. Marcelo transitioned to Alcatel Lucent Brasil as a Técnico de Telecom Senior from June 2000 to April 2002, offering post-sales support for network management operations. From September 2003 to September 2021, Marcelo worked at Oi/Telemar as an Especialista de Telecom II, focusing on data network improvement and performance indicators. Subsequently, Marcelo served as Supervisor de operações at Oi from September 2021 to October 2023, managing communication networks and project development while continuing to enhance client network data solutions. Marcelo has also worked as Especialista de Telecomunicações Consultor, overseeing project management, process improvements, and crisis management. Marcelo holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
