Marcos Mendes

Marcos Mendes possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions since 2004 at Oi, culminating in the role of Director of People and Culture. Mendes has also served as the Director of Labor Relations and Third-Party Management and has managed remuneration and benefits. In addition to current roles at Fundação Atlântico de Seguridade Social, Sistel, Serede, and Tahto, Mendes has been involved in multiple advisory and council capacities. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Economics and Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte, alongside a background in Accounting and Business Administration from PUC Minas.
