River Silva

River Silva is currently the CISO and Cyber Security Director at Oi. Prior to this, they were an Information Security and Open Source Technology Consultant at NCT Informática from September 2006 to September 2007. Before that, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Rede Nacional De Aprendizagem, Prom. Soc. E Int. (Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda de Goiás) from December 2000 to September 2003.

River has a wide range of skills in different operating systems (Linux, Windows), SIEM tools, databases, log management, and architecture. They are especially skilled in shell script (BASH, SED) and REGEX, and are able to handle large amounts of data effectively. River is known for being very accurate in the contour of problems and proposing and building relevant results.

River Silva has a degree in Information Technology Systems from the Federal Center for Technical Education of Goiás. River also has a MBA in Executive Management, Strategic Innovation and Technology Management and Intellectual Property from UniBF. Furthermore, they have a specialization in Computer Network Security from UniBF, as well as a specialization in Cybercrime and Cybersecurity: Prevention and Investigation of Digital Crimes. Additionally, they have a specialization in Project Management - IT and a specialization in Software Quality Management, both from UniBF.

They are on a team with Rogerio Takayanagi - Chief of Strategy and Transformation Officer, Sergio F. B. GAIOTTO - Chief Data Officer. Their manager is Rodrigo Abreu, Chief Executive Officer.
