Ron Najafi

Ron Najafi, Ph.D., is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Emery Pharma, as well as Founding Chairman and CEO of NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Additionally, Ron serves as a Board Member for Oii, focusing on intelligent supply chain software. Prior to these ventures, Ron founded and led CP Lab Safety & CP Lab Chemicals, and held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Perkin Elmer Applied Biosystems. Ron holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of San Francisco.
