Jonathan Salomon

Jonathan Salomon is the current Managing Director at Oilex. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager Exploration and New Ventures for Murphy Oil Co from December 2011 to July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for team management, project execution and new venture development, working with multi-disciplinary teams. Jonathan was also a key role in Murphy Oil Co's global leadership team, participating in leadership training and coaching, team building, multi-discipline collaboration, liaison with partners and government agencies, incident management, and new office establishment.

From April 2009 to November 2011, Salomon served as Head of Geoscience for RISC PL. And from June 2004 to January 2008, they were the CEO of Norwest Energy.

Jonathan Salomon has a BAppSc (Geol) from University of Southern Queensland and is certified from the Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors.
