Anders Eikenes

Anders Eikenes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anders is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Oivi, where they focus on camera and sensor technologies, embedded computer vision, and machine learning for medtech challenges. Anders is also an active investor and advisor in data science, machine learning, computer vision, and camera and sensor technologies.

In 2019, Anders became a board member of Smart Cylinders.

Prior to that, Anders was an investor and co-founder of Huddly, a company based in Palo Alto. Anders played a significant role in building the company, which specializes in intelligent vision products.

Before Huddly, Anders was a co-founder of Pixelparse and held various roles at Cisco Systems. At Cisco, they worked as a Technical Leader and Senior Optical Engineer, where they were involved in product development, project management, optics, camera systems architecture, algorithm development, lens design, and troubleshooting. Anders also worked closely with optics ODMs and CMOS sensor vendors and collaborated with cross-functional teams from different disciplines.

Anders began their career as a Senior Optical Engineer at Tomra Systems ASA and also worked as a Sivilarbeider at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and interned at the European Radiation Synchrotron Facility (ESRF).

Anders Eikenes attended Sulphur High School from 1989 to 1990. Anders did not receive a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Following their high school education, Anders went on to enroll at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1991 to 1997. Anders pursued a degree in Physics and graduated with a Sivilingeniør degree.
