Kavitha Mani has been working in the field of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting since 2018. Kavitha started their career as Senior Manager - Operations (HR & Admin) at Ecostream Infotech Private Limited. In 2021, they moved to SecureW2 as Recruiting Manager and is currently working as Talent Acquisition Manager at OJCommerce since 2022.

Kavitha Mani earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from KCG College of Technology between 2000 and 2004.
