Kishore Kumar

Kishore Kumar has over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kishore began their career in 1989 as a Sergeant with the Indian Air Force. In 2010, they joined Xerago as a Manager HR & Admin, where they managed the recruitment and selection process, hiring, training, and evaluating employees, and supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. Kishore was then promoted to Head - HR, where they provided proactive HR consultancy to Business Heads and other senior stakeholders in the execution of business strategy. In 2021, they joined OJCommerce as Head- People Management, where they are responsible for setting up the HR function and scaling the organization from a people perspective. Kishore also develops and implements HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objective and provides overall leadership and guidance to the HR Function.

Kishore Kumar received their PGDBA in Marketing from VSV Sunabeda in 2008. In 2016, they received a certificate from Coursera Course Certificates for The Manager's Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work. In 2022, they obtained two certificates from LinkedIn, one for Introduction to NFTs: Non-fungible Tokens and one for Talent Sourcing.
