At OK Clinical Therapy Group, we are dedicated to improving mental health and well-being through accessible, high-quality, and compassionate counselling services. We support individuals, couples, families, and groups through therapy, workshops, and personal development opportunities that empower people across the province to live healthier, more connected lives.

With access to major public and private funding, we are committed to reducing financial barriers and making counselling more affordable and widely available. We offer flexible evening and weekend appointments, as well as secure online sessions, so clients can access support in ways that work best for their lives. We also provide direct billing to most major insurance providers, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from the start.

Our team of licensed, Masters-level therapists brings deep clinical expertise and a trauma-informed, client-centred approach. We support a wide range of mental health concerns — from anxiety and depression to grief, burnout, and complex trauma. Whether clients are seeking short-term support or long-term healing, we develop individualised treatment plans tailored to their unique goals, strengths, and circumstances.

We believe in the transformative power of therapy to build resilience, improve relationships, reduce stress, and create lasting change. Our work is grounded in integrity, care, and the belief that everyone deserves access to meaningful mental health support.
