Nancy's extensive background includes serving as a sales consultant for multiple educational companies and previously as principal at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, where significant school improvement plans were developed. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northwestern University, a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University, and advanced certifications from Concordia University.
