Okapi Technology is the new name for Colins IT.

Okapi is essentially an extension of your company. If you have frustrated staff, struggling with slow, unreliable IT systems, then we can help. Okapi has a team of qualified & friendly support nerds who (speak English and tech) answer the phone and deal with your issue straight away.

Unlike other IT companies, we don’t have a tiered system where you deal with the cleaner before getting put through to someone who actually knows what they’re talking about.

We find your pain points, for example, slow internet, slow computers, unreliable computer systems, staff frustrated, applications crashing, blue screen of death, poor security, the list goes on. The good news is that we deal with these problems all the time and know how to quickly and permanently resolve them.

Our favourite part is helping you improve your systems and processes to use IT to improve the efficiency of your company. Recommending products that will help your company increase turnover and profit and most importantly, stopping the pain of poor IT systems.

We deal with many IT related areas including;
Cyber Security
Backup & disaster recovery solutions
Broadband and lease line connectivity
Phone systems
Hardware lease
Domain hosting
Website design & hosting
Office 365 solutions
Mobile SIMs
Asset management
