OKEZ Holding is an international investment holding company based in Ivory Coast and the United Arab Emirates. As one of the largest and most dynamic investment holding companies in West Africa, OKEZ Holding is recognized as an innovative business incubator and has earned an unparalleled reputation thanks to its uncompromising quality and inherent professionalism.

The group has evolved from a local trading company into an investment holding company operating across various markets and sectors. OKEZ Holding owns and holds shares in a proposed group of companies operating in several vital sectors, including: engineering and construction, oil services, healthcare, communication systems and technologies, electromechanical and chemical industries, construction industries, real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.

The group comprises the activities of holding companies—that is, companies that control the assets of a group of subsidiaries and whose main activity is the ownership of the group. These "holding companies" are not directly involved in the business operations of their subsidiaries.

OKEZ Holding makes strategic principal investments in companies within selected sectors that show exceptional potential for growth and expansion. We create, develop, and implement large-scale projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors in partnership with leading players in these industries.

Its activities include:

Investment Management:
The main activity of a holding company is to own shares or stakes in other businesses. It may acquire, sell, or merge subsidiaries according to its investment strategy.

Financial Management:
A holding company manages cash flows, investments, and financing for its subsidiaries.
