Ellen Bäckman

Ellen Bäckman currently serves as an HR consultant at OKG since August 2023, following an internship in HR at Kalmar kommun earlier in 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a salesperson and visual merchandiser at Gina Tricot from May 2018 to March 2020, and as a personnel team leader at Espresso House Group between August 2017 and May 2018. Additionally, Ellen worked as a quality controller at Scania Group from August 2016 to June 2017. Ellen Bäckman holds a bachelor's degree in Personnel and Work Life from the University of Gothenburg, studied at Linnaeus University in mid-2023, and continues academic pursuits at Lund University and the University of Borås.
