Abraham Mejia

Abraham Mejia is a seasoned chef with over 20 years of restaurant management experience. They began their career in Hotel and Restaurant Management as part of the opening team at One&Only Palmilla, later transitioning to The Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle, where they progressed from server to Assistant Manager. Abraham has held significant roles at various establishments, including Claim Jumper Restaurants and Red Robin International, focusing on training, new menu implementation, and maintaining high standards of food quality. Currently, they serve as a Chef at Oki Golf while also supervising production at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya.
