Benjamin Davison

Benjamin Davison is the Director of Food and Beverage at Oki Golf, where they bring expertise in culinary arts and history to the role. They earned a PhD in American History from the University of Virginia, with a dissertation focused on the supermarket industry's impact on American agriculture and culinary culture. Benjamin's extensive experience includes roles as Executive Chef at The Charter Hotel Seattle and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, as well as teaching and consulting positions related to food and history. They also co-founded Savannah Sunday Suppers and operated a consulting service for consumer-oriented firms.
