Or Shaked brings a wealth of diverse and impactful experience in leadership and human resources. Starting her career in telecommunications from 2008 to 2016, she quickly progressed into managing teams and serving as Deputy Call Center Manager. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of employee management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
From 2014 to 2016, Or took on the role of Customer Relations Manager, where she not only led teams but also spearheaded innovative initiatives to enhance customer retention. She collaborated with various departments to streamline operations, while maintaining a strong focus on recruitment, employee development, and retention.
In 2016, Or transitioned into HR and payroll management, leading end-to-end recruitment processes, developing career development programs, conducting performance reviews, and driving employee retention. Throughout this period, she continued to oversee team management and talent acquisition while prioritizing the development and growth of employees.
In 2017, Or advanced to a global HR management role, where she successfully managed the full recruitment lifecycle, developed candidate experience strategies, and oversaw HR operations. This included managing onboarding, referral programs, recruitment fairs, compensation & benefits, and performance management, all while nurturing employee retention and career growth.
Most recently, in January 2023, Or joined Okibo as the HR & Operations Manager, where she continues to expand her influence, driving organizational success through her expertise in employee management, recruitment, development, and retention.
