Tomas Maly

Tomas Maly began their work experience in 2008 as a Software Engineer at OKIN BPS, where they were outsourced to work for Verizon Enterprise Solutions. In this role, their main responsibilities included automating processes and developing tools to improve the efficiency of obtaining information for users. Tomas also worked on compiling and enriching data from various sources and finding new ways to present information. In 2018, they transitioned to Verizon Enterprise Solutions as an Engineer, specializing in client service assessment and technology.

Tomas Maly has a diploma in Information Technology (Networking) from the Australian College of Information Technology, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Hotelova skola Plzen from 1990 to 1993 and received a high school degree in Gastronomy and Tourism. In terms of certifications, Tomas obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco in December 2010. In October 2014, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN. Tomas also completed courses on Learning SQL Programming in April 2020 and Learning Ansible in October 2022, both from LinkedIn. Recently, in January 2023, Tomas completed the Ansible Essential Training course offered by LinkedIn.
