Jonathon Schwebach is a strategic and results-driven finance and tax executive with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in Fortune 50, public company, and Big Four environments. Currently serving as Senior Director of Tax (Head of Tax) at Oklo Inc, they oversee the company’s tax function and design strategies to optimize low carbon tax credits. Jonathon previously held leadership positions at Renewable Energy Group, Chevron, and Deloitte, where they built and scaled global tax functions and provided strategic tax planning for various business units. They hold a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa. Jonathon is also actively involved with professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of CPAs.
