Vivek Narayanadas

Vivek Narayanadas has extensive experience in legal roles across various prestigious organizations, currently serving as Head of Legal at Oklo Inc since February 2025. Prior to this, Vivek was VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Data Protection Officer at Maven Clinic, where responsibilities included managing a team of lawyers and overseeing multiple legal functions in a Series F healthtech company. As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at MetaMap, Vivek led legal, compliance, and cybersecurity efforts for a Series B SaaS company. At Shopify, Vivek built and managed legal functions while strategically advising executive leadership. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Rubicon Project, Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and law clerk positions in U.S. courts. Vivek holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in History and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
