Chris Smith

Chris Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of investment and business development. Chris started their career at CSL in 2009 as a Manager of New Product Opportunities and later became a Business Development Manager. In 2012, they joined Brandon Capital, where they held various roles including Investment Manager, Senior Investment Manager, and Investment Director. Chris also served as a Director for multiple companies including Denteric Pty Ltd, Paragen Bio, Okogen Inc., MecRx Pty Ltd, Aravax, Ena Therapeutics Pty Ltd, Q-Sera, and Solvanix.

Chris Smith earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Melbourne, which they attended from 1995 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute from 2001 to 2005. Later, in 2007-2008, they completed an MBA degree in Business at the University of Cambridge.
