Founded by best-selling author and strategy execution consultant Paul Niven, OKRsTraining.com is rapidly becoming the global leader in OKRs Training, OKRs Certification, and OKRs Consulting. A subsidiary of the San Diego-based consulting firm, the Senalosa Group, OKRsTraining.com was created to address the overwhelming demand for OKRs support caused by the release of Paul's 2016 book, Objectives & Key Results, Driving Focus, Alignment, and Engagement with OKRs.

A 20-year thought leader in strategy execution, with five books in publication, Paul's value proposition - and that of his entire team of consulting partners - is his experience.

Paul believes that busy executives deserve an OKRs Coach and Trainer that brings a depth of experience as both consultant and practitioner, with years of experience working with organizations and leadership teams on strategy execution and change management.

The OKRs consulting and training space has become cluttered with people who read a book on OKRs and subsequently declared themselves to be an expert on the subject. This is a disservice to organizations and leaders that are struggling in a fast-paced world of uncertainty and complexity, and who are hungry for a tool to align and engage their people around a common purpose to achieve their vision.

That's why OKRsTraining.com was founded, because you have a right to work with the team that wrote the book, not the one that read it.
