Ally Kozel

Ally Kozel is currently a Program Manager for Employee Impact at Okta, having previously held roles such as Senior Social Impact Specialist and Social Impact Specialist for Okta for Good. Prior experience includes serving as a Marketing Assistant at Universal Mortgage & Finance, Inc. and as a Customer Marketing Intern at Okta, Inc. Ally also gained experience as a Marketing and Communications Intern at The Dailey Method and was a Division 1 Student Athlete while attending Elon University, where a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing was earned from 2013 to 2017. Currently, Ally is pursuing further education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, with an expected graduation in April 2025.
