Annie Goranson

Annie Goranson is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various high-level positions. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Ethics at Okta since August 2022, Annie previously held significant roles at Splunk, including Sr. Director of Litigation & Investigations and Sr. Director of Compliance, Employment & Risk, from September 2017 to October 2021. Annie's earlier experience includes roles at Autodesk as Sr. Counsel for Global Compliance, Symantec as both a Discovery Attorney and Corporate Counsel, and Foley & Lardner as a White Collar and Litigation Attorney. Annie Goranson holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and completed education at Tulane University and The Kent School.
