Ashley LaPorte is the Director of Recruiting at Okta, Inc., where they lead talent acquisition for general and business operations. Previously, they served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Blue Shield of California from 2013 to 2016, where they managed the full recruitment cycle across various business units. Ashley's extensive experience also includes roles at K2 Partnering Solutions, where they specialized in IT recruitment, and at Okta as a Lead Recruiter. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara and continue their studies there.
