Ashley Tobin

Ashley Tobin is a legal counsel specializing in the intersection of tech marketing, strategic partnerships, and sports and entertainment. They served as Mediation Counsel for the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit from 1996 to 2001 and held various legal roles, including Deputy General Counsel at BMW Oracle Racing and General Counsel at Startline Strategies. From 2014 to 2022, they worked as Director, Senior Corporate Counsel at Salesforce, focusing on global marketing, entertainment, and sponsorships. Currently, Ashley is the Director of Marketing Counsel at Okta, where they collaborate on all marketing initiatives. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Vassar College and a Juris Doctorate at the University of California, Davis - School of Law.
