Bud Jerke

Bud Jerke is a Senior Director and Corporate Counsel at Okta since January 2021, with prior roles as Corporate Counsel in M&A at Salesforce and as a Corporate Associate at Covington & Burling LLP. Jerke's experience includes being a M&A secondee for Johnson & Johnson and progressing through reputable law firms, including Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where Jerke served as a Corporate Associate and Summer Associate, as well as externships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the United States Attorneys' Offices. Jerke's earlier career includes serving as Director of Legislative Affairs at Oldaker, Biden & Belair, LLP and an internship in the United States Senate. Jerke holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University, and completed a program at the University of Oxford.
