Jon May

Jon May is a seasoned security architect currently serving as the Director of Security Architect at Okta since November 2020, where responsibilities include defining enterprise-wide security strategies and managing infrastructure security and vulnerability management. Prior to Okta, Jon May held the same title at Auth0, leading the secure design and re-platforming to a multi-cloud Kubernetes environment before the company was acquired by Okta. Jon May also worked at Bridgewater Associates for nearly a decade, focusing on cloud and enterprise security controls, as well as leading vulnerability management initiatives. Earlier experiences include roles at Enhanced Recovery Company as a Business Analyst and at Raymond James as a Financial Analyst. Jon May earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University in 2009.
