Jonathan Cerne

Jonathan Cerne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business technology and IT management. Currently serving as the Director of BT Strategy and Operations at Okta since June 2023, Jonathan orchestrates multi-year business operations transformation initiatives, focusing on capacity planning and program delivery. Prior to Okta, Jonathan held various leadership positions at Salesforce from July 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included directing strategic portfolio management and overseeing the IT portfolio's planning processes. Jonathan's earlier career at Genentech from April 2004 to June 2017 involved managing significant cross-functional programs and leading IT solutions for Sales and Marketing. Jonathan's experience began at Accenture from August 1996 to April 2004, where notable achievements included managing extensive HRMS system implementations. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
