Katrina Rumph is a Senior Benefits Manager - EMEA/APAC at Okta, where they oversee benefits strategy and employee relations. Previously, they worked at PIB Employee Benefits as a Principal International Consultant, managing the International Benefits Team and ensuring high-quality service levels. With extensive experience in the benefits sector, they have also held roles at Mercer and IHC Ltd, specializing in global mobility benefits and international client management. Katrina began their career as an International Telemarketing Advisor at AXA PPP Healthcare. Currently, they are pursuing education at Tunbridge Grammar School for Girls.
