Lai Dai is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Engineering at Okta, Lai oversees Atlassian and ServiceNow Platforms. Previous roles include Manager of DevSecOps at SVB, where responsibilities encompassed CI/CD and automated security testing, and Principal Solution Architect at Broadcom Inc. Lai also held the position of Senior Principal Software Engineer/Manager at Symantec, managing a suite of corporate-level engineering applications utilized by over 10,000 users.
