Maggie Cai

Maggie Cai is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at Okta, Inc. since April 2021, with a solid background in product design and user experience. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Designer at Appen from November 2016 to April 2021, and at Influitive from July 2015 to November 2016. At Appen, Maggie contributed significantly to user research, interaction design, UI design, and branding for Upshot. Additional experience encompasses a UX/UI internship at MongoDB, where Maggie initiated the first user research project, and a UX Designer position at Brit + Co., where end-to-end UX operations were managed. Maggie's earlier role as Director of Business Development for the Nspire Innovation Network involved establishing sponsor relationships and organizing significant career events. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and honors from Northview Heights Secondary School.
