Neta Retter

Neta Retter is the Director of Innovation Programs at Okta, where they leverage their extensive experience in project development and innovation management. Previously, Neta served as the Global Hackathon Lead at Meta, where they championed inclusive innovation and led significant initiatives such as the #BuildforCOVID19 Hackathon. Neta has also worked as a Program Manager at Playing At Learning, promoting STEM education among children, particularly girls. Earlier in their career, Neta held various engineering and program management roles at Broadcom, focusing on analog design and customer support. They earned their degree from UC San Diego.
