Razvan Popa has extensive experience in technical support and escalation management, currently serving as a Senior Escalation Manager at Okta since January 2020, after progressing from roles as Senior Escalation Engineer and Escalation Engineer. Prior to joining Okta, Razvan held positions at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) from September 2014 to January 2020, including Okta Tier II Global Technical Engineer and Escalation Specialist. Educationally, Razvan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Musical Theory, Composition, and Piano from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București, following attendance at Liceul De Arta Hariclea Darclee from 1990 to 2002.
