Sachin Kumar

Sachin Kumar, PMP® CRP®, currently serves as the Head of M&A Strategy and Integration (People and Places) at Okta since June 2021, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, organization transformation, and strategy implementation. Prior to Okta, Sachin held the role of Senior Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Conduent from July 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading global M&A people practices and managing complex divestitures and acquisitions. Previous positions also include consulting roles at Deloitte, leadership in M&A at Cognizant, and experience in banking and financial services with Mphasis and HDFC Bank Ltd. Sachin holds an MBA in Global Marketing Strategy & International Business from Cardiff University and a BE in Industrial & Production Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
