Tara Devlin

Tara Devlin is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in payroll and accounts payable operations across various industries. At Environmental Science Associates, Tara served as a Payroll Accountant and later a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, where responsibilities included managing payroll for over 350 employees and transitioning expense reimbursements to streamline processes. With subsequent roles at AltSchool, including Head of Payroll and Revenue, Tara managed payroll operations for 180+ employees and developed compliance strategies. Tara's expertise continued to grow at Autodesk as a Global Payroll Program Manager, leading global payroll digitization projects and implementing payroll systems. Currently, Tara holds the position of Director of Finance Transformation at Okta, applying extensive knowledge from previous positions and overseeing major finance transformation initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
